نموذج طلب المعاينة يطلب الاسم ورقم الهاتف، ويمكنك إضافة الخدمة ونوع العقار والميزانية التقريبية وموقع المشروع. لا تُرفع الملفات إلى الموقع؛ إذا أرفقت مخططات أو ملفات، تفعل ذلك بنفسك داخل واتساب.

The site-visit form asks for your name and phone number. You may also provide the service, property type, estimated budget and project location. Files are not uploaded to this website; you choose whether to attach drawings or other files in WhatsApp.

How enquiries are sent

عند الضغط على زر الإرسال، يفتح واتساب برسالة تحتوي البيانات المدخلة. يمكنك مراجعة الرسالة قبل إرسالها. إذا أرسلتها، تنتقل بيانات الرسالة وأي ملفات تضيفها إلى واتساب التابع لشركة Meta وتخضع أيضًا لسياساته. الموقع نفسه لا يحتفظ بنسخة من نموذج الطلب.

Selecting Send opens WhatsApp with a message containing the information you entered. You can review it before sending. If you send it, the message and any files you add pass through Meta's WhatsApp service and are also subject to its policies. This website does not keep a copy of the form submission.

الغرض والاحتفاظ

Purpose and retention

تُستخدم الرسائل التي ترسلها للرد على استفسارك، فهم نطاق المشروع، وترتيب المعاينة أو إعداد عرض مبدئي. الموقع لا يحتفظ بها، لكن مدة احتفاظ الشركة بمحادثات واتساب لم تُحدد بعد ويجب اعتمادها قبل الإطلاق الرسمي. وقد تحتفظ واتساب بنسخ وفق سياساتها الخاصة.

Messages you send are used to respond to your enquiry, understand the project scope, arrange a site visit or prepare an initial offer. The website does not retain them, but the company's WhatsApp conversation retention period has not yet been established and must be approved before the official launch. WhatsApp may retain its own copies under its policies.

التصحيح والحذف والتواصل

Correction, deletion and contact

يمكنك تقديم طلب تصحيح بياناتك أو حذف المحادثة من جانب الشركة عبر نفس محادثة واتساب أو الاتصال على ‎+971 56 609 4302. عنوان info@qagc.ae معروض للتواصل، لكن تشغيل بريده قيد الإعداد؛ استخدم الهاتف أو واتساب حاليًا.

You can request correction of your information or deletion of the company-side conversation through the same WhatsApp chat or by calling +971 56 609 4302. The info@qagc.ae mailbox is still being set up; please use phone or WhatsApp for now.
